Mary Mabry, CAPP, has 35 years of experience in the parking and transportation industry. Currently, she is a Product Manager & Client Advocate – Parking Solutions for Cardinal Tracking, Inc. Her past experience of 29 years includes working for a private operator, and three Universities in Texas - the University of Texas - Arlington, UT Dallas, and the University of North Texas . Duties included planning, developing, and implementing industry solutions for the university communities pertaining to parking and transportation requirements as she uniquely serves as a consultant for the Cardinal team and their clients. Mary’s experience and abilities allow her to not only offer a management solution but to ascertain best practices utilized in the parking and mobility industry.
Mary is a Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP) and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration. She has served on the Board of Directors for the Texas Parking and Transportation Association for 13 years currently holding the position of President (2021-2023) and has consistently served on several IPI committees since 2015.
Mary was the recipient of the 2010 Distinguished Service Award for TPTA, has written several industry-standard articles, and in the last seven years has written the Spotlight segments covering the State Association accomplishments which have been published in IPMI Parking and Mobility magazine. She has also presented at several State Associations, IPMI, and user conferences presenting best practices, management techniques, applications, and professional development.
