His experience includes parking access revenue control systems (PARCS), parking guidance systems (PGS), incident management, ITS operations, communications planning, specification development, and fiber design. Smith’s specialty focus areas include PARCS and PGS design and testing, including numerous multilane acceptance tests at airports and municipalities across the U.S.
