Having grown up in Tokyo, Japan, Chisa is passionate about mobility and transportation in the urban context. Chisa earned her Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies from UC Santa Barbara. As a member of both the Data and Planning Team at DIXON, Chisa provides project management, report writing, community outreach, GIS support, and data analysis for a wide range of projects.
