Brandy Stanley, PTMP

I currently serve as VP of sales at Flash Parking working with municipalities, hospitals and universities across the US and Canada. In my previous 30+ years in the industry, I was the parking director for the cities of Las Vegas and Manchester, NH for a total of 15 years. Prior to that, I worked with both Central Parking and Standard Parking (now Metropolis) in various operations roles and got my start as a valet while in college. I earned my MBA at the University of Texas and my BA at the University of Washington. I am a frequent speaker at conferences and contributor to various industry publications as well as a mentor for Women in Parking several times over. In my last operations role at the City of Las Vegas, I oversaw the city's parking system including the operation of parking meters, enforcement, collections, off-street facility management, and contract negotiations. I was also responsible for technology evaluation and implementation, supporting new development with parking expertise, facilitating parking for special events, recommending policy, and setting the direction and mission for the parking division.
