I am self proclaimed parking nerd who has been in the industry for almost 20 years. Like most of us in our industry, I love what I do! My journey has been featured in the January 2023 issue of Parking & Mobility Magazine. Check it out!

I am deeply passionate about building and developing new programs, departments, and ideas, which serve as my primary source of motivation. I was the first Parking Services Manager for the City of Manhattan, Kansas and I built the department from the ground up. I started with two enforcement officers who worked under the Courts and within a year I had a team of 10 encompassing customer service, enforcement and maintenance divisions. I am fortunate now to work for a university that not only encourages me to reimagine the potential of its parking program but also provides the support needed to turn my vision into reality.

I am known as a Type A visionary who loves a challenge and has the patience to play the long game. I am also an extrovert who likes to make connections and I can find common ground with just about anyone. I also say the quiet parts out loud, am candid and unfiltered in my content, and will volunteer for just about anything relating to training, education, and partnership in the parking and mobility space.
