I am self proclaimed parking nerd who has been in the industry for almost 20 years. Like most of us in our industry, I love what I do. My journey has been featured in the January 2023 issue of Parking & Mobility Magazine! Check it out!

Building and creating new departments, programs, and procedures is where I excel. I currently am the first Parking Services Manager for the City of Manhattan, Kansas and I am building the department from the ground up. I started with two enforcement officers who worked under the Courts and one year later I have a team of 10 to include a Customer Service and Maintenance Departments. I now operate two garages, 9 surface lots, two districts with on-street timed spaces, and 8 residential permit zones, and we are only growing. I am excited for what the future holds!

I could list my skills but I think I could most accurately be described as a Type A visionary who loves a challenge and has the patience to play the long game. I am also an extrovert who likes to make connections and I can find common ground with just about anyone.
