Mike Drow, CAPP is CEO at Parking Revenue Recovery Services (PRRS), Inc, a leader in parking enforcement and revenue collections services. In more than 15 years in the parking industry, he has built several technology-based solutions and service operations. He has led the development of mobility services, remote management operations, mobile payments, and interactive marketing services. He serves on the board of the Alliance for Parking Data Standards and is co-chair of IPMI Technology Committee.
