Stephen Kenny

Stephen Coleman Kenny is a transportation policy advocate, working at all levels of government to create communities where people can safely and effectively walk, bike, and ride public transportation. He has done this by helping local actors understand the scope of the federal transportation program, lobbying for Congressional and administrative reforms, providing technical assistance to over 10 state Departments of Transportation and dozens of local governments, among other strategies. Stephen received his Master of Public Policy degree from the University of Maryland in 2021 and currently works at Transportation for America as a policy associate.
