Katie Colaianni

With over 20 years of experience in training and development, Katie Colaianni has found her home with FLASH Parking. As Director of TLearning & Development, Katie is working with her team to create FLASH University, where employees will build new skills and grow their careers while also engaging in personal development courses and participating in coaching/mentorship programs designed to help new employees begin their careers. In her free time, Katie enjoys cooking, baking, reading, and fostering kittens for the local shelters.
