Elizabeth’s career has been unusual. She was the CEO of the NSW Government's Opal Card, having been a Deputy Director General for several State and Federal government agencies.
Combining her passion for transport and technology, she co-Founded infra-tech start up, Modii.
Elizabeth demonstrates a unique combination of skills and experience from very senior roles in both the private and public sector, excelling in; digital assets, organisational transformation, complex technology projects, contract management, commercialisation and privatisation, stakeholder management, and innovation.
As the CEO and Executive Director of the Public Transport Ticketing Corporation (Opal Card), Elizabeth procured and managed the $1.2 B electronic ticketing contract which has also given Elizabeth significant expertise in the micro payment industry in transit, and emerging transport technologies. In her Role as General Manager Future Services Transformation with DHS, Elizabeth managed a suite of transformative reform projects required to deliver $750 M in benefits over a four year period.
