Shontel Zamora is an analyst for California State University San Bernardino Public Safety Department. Under the oversight of the Police Chief and Parking Director, Shontel manages the Parking Front Office operations and manages the departments budget. She has more than 15 years of experience in the parking industry and has served on various IPMI committees, including membership, Parking Matters, and the Education Development Committee.
