RFQ: Neighborhood Business District Parking Management and Curb Access

The Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) seeks consultant support for our Community Access and Parking Program to improve parking, loading, and curb space access in Seattle’s neighborhood business districts. This three-year contract with a potential two-year extension will provide project management, parking data collection, and community engagement services to evaluate and propose strategies for optimizing curb space. The selected consultant will partner with SDOT to study existing parking and curb use, engage the community, and develop neighborhood parking strategies that align with local needs, support small businesses, and incorporate robust outreach.
