Consultants aren’t the only professionals who play a critical role in a parking study. Frontline staff are frequently tasked to comment and assist in the process, yet many may not recognize their potential for meaningful influence. This session will review the consultant process and the importance of tapping into the knowledge and experience of everyone on the organizational team.
Presenter: Nicole Chinea, CAPP
With 18 years of parking operations experience across all parking sectors, Nicole works collaboratively with the Parking & Mobility team and other WGI disciplines. Nicole focuses on providing high level customer service to public and private sector clients. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Houston Downtown, is a Certified Administrator of Public Parking (CAPP) and a Park Smart Assessor. Nicole is currently serving on the TPTA Board of Directors as Treasurer. She is also on the Media Relations and Awards Recognition Committees for the International Parking & Mobility Institute.
