Jennifer I. Tougas

Jennifer Tougas, CAPP, PhD, is interim AVP for business services at Western Kentucky University and maintains responsibilities for parking and transportation services on campus. Jennifer Tougas began her parking career in 1998 at the University of Georgia before moving to WKU in 2004 and earning her CAPP in 2009. She currently serves on the IPMI Board of Directors and is chair of the Conference Task Force Committee. She previously served as president of the MSTPA Board of Directors and is involved in strategic planning at WKU and transportation planning in her community.
