Shakesha Holmes brings numerous years of hands-on operational experience to SP+’s Municipal Service's Client Success and Commercial Enforcement Division. Municipal Services is a specialized division of SP+ Corporation engaged in municipal asset management, and transportation with a primary focus on our On-Street/Off-Street Operations leveraging technology and operational excellence across our municipal division for our clients and local support teams, within the organization. As Director her oversight and leadership are focused on client success, the development of KPI data-driven best practices, and curbside management.
